- We do not provide any services related to the maintenance of your property.
- We do not collect payments on behalf of the Property Owners, Hosts or representatives of the listed property.
- It is the owner or representative of the listed property to collect payments for any rental periods. Holden Beach Vacation Rental By Owner does not collect any payments for your property listed.
